After high school, I attended technical college for a year and a half. My parents were in the feed and fertilizer business. I was going to follow in their footsteps, but my passion for trucking won over. I quit school and joined up with my parents to take over the trucking side of the business
. At the time, they had a fleet of six trucks hauling mainly agricultural products. In 1990, I decided to buy the trucking portion of my parents' business and branch out on my own, moving to our present location.
The company gradually changed from agricultural products to flatbed freight. With time, we included step decks and runs to expand into a specialty area of trucking that allowed us to offer the
required by our customers. We expanded our fleet to 30 company-owned trucks. In March 2002, with the changing times of higher operating costs and driver retention issues, the company converted to becoming an owner-operated fleet. We have signed on approximately 25 owner-operators. Our company has extended our coverage to 48 states and Canada
Currently at 25 years in the business, having some of the finest drivers, office staff, and customers is what has made us thrive. I have always encouraged honesty, hard work and a total commitment of quality service to our customers. We pride ourselves on our time-sensitive deliveries.
